The late Mrs. Margaret Bell has left so many indelible impressions in our lives and community. One of her greatest impacts on our organization was taking the leadership in organizing and implementing the first ELITE Pathfinder Banquet on February 13, 2010.

Since that time we have honored several community leaders each year for their contributions to making the Northeast Texas better.
