RRHA Activity Center
The Red Rock Historical Association Activity Center, located at 2629 S. Rodeo Street, Gladewater, TX 75647, is available for rent for your special occasions.
The RRHA Activity Center is a 3200-square feet spacious building with a full kitchen. The facility can comfortably seat 150 guests, with a capacity of 200 guests. No firearms (concealed or open carry) are permitted on the premises.
Community Meetings
At $50.00 an hour, you may have meetings at the RRHA activity center.
All Day Event
For a flat rate of $700.00 you may rent the RRHA activity center securing it from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. An additional, refundable $300.00 deposit is applicable.
Morning Event
For a flat rate of $350.00 you may rent the RRHA activity center securing it from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. An additional, refundable $300.00 deposit is applicable.
Evening Event
For a flat rate of $450.00 you may rent the RRHA activity center securing it from 6:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. An additional, refundable $300.00 deposit is applicable.
All rental packages include usage of the following amenities:

200 chairs;

13 60-inch round tables;

2 8-foot rectangle tables;

6 6-foot rectangle tables;

4 pub tables; and
-
full kitchen facilities.
Refund of the $300.00 deposit is dependent on the condition and cleanliness of the facility after the event. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the event.
Renters are required to secure a licensed peace officer or security person if alcohol is being allowed or provided during the event, and/or if the event lasts after 10:00 p.m.
All rental invoice balances are due in full at least 30 days prior to the date of the rental event.
If the renter cancels the event 30 days or more prior to the event date, RRHA will retain the deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded to the renter.
If the renter cancels the event less than 30 days prior to the event date, no refund will be given to the Renter. The deposit and all paid rental balance will be retained by RRHA.
