RRHA Activity Center Morning Event

Service Description

This reservation is for the RRHA Activity Center from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. the same day. Any activity where alcohol is available requires the Renter to secure at least one licensed law enforcement officer on-site during the activity. The $650.00 fee includes the $300.00 deposit and $350.00 rental fees. The $300.00 deposit is eligible for refund; conditions apply.

Cancellation Policy

If the RENTER cancels the event 30 days or more PRIOR to the event date, RRHA will retain the deposit and will refund the paid balance to the RENTER within 60 days. If the RENTER cancels the event less than 30 days prior to the event, the renter forfeits all paid funds.
